Maybe I'm being too dark in my speculations, but I wonder if we are in the early days of a militant anti-vax movement taking shape in the same way the forced birth movement manifested. People likely don't remember a lot of the violence and threats in the early years of Covid, screaming and threatening school boards kind of things. Plenty of healthcare workers were threatened and physically assaulted as well. A friend of mine who was going to an appointment for their Covid shot had it delayed due to a bomb threat called in. Almost a month ago a mass shooter attacked the CDC building in Georgia. I met a man at an event for Gaza and when we discussed Covid and masking, he told me how he was targeted with abuse at his job by customers just cause he masked. I consider myself lucky so far. Though I remember the glare of this older white woman Boomer cunt at the store staring at me from a semi distance like she wanted to rip my mask off, as if I couldn't do that there. She didn't notice I could see her inquisitive urgency to confront me, so I invoked a tight pointed angry glare in her direction looking past her. There was a man recently who I sensed he wanted to stare me down but I wouldn't let him dominate, yet these are very rare in such a long time span, but it's just so stupid it had to even happen. It's America, every man for themself, you all proved that to everyone. Well done, so mind your own business.

I observe a lot of anti vax-anti Covid-anti mask commentators on social media to the determinant of my psychological well being. They frighten me. The sheer idiocy, the risk they pose for public health, and the power in their determination to stop actual substantive  healthcare, medicine, and science. I don't care if it comes from good intentions or someone has some heart of gold. That's still a threat to my health and everyone else's. Many have characteristics similar to forced birthers. Driven not by knowledge but emotion and the desire to dominate and control others. Living in magical fantasies of good and evil, simple and easy, and no one can be wrong, only the bad people are wrong. They speak with such disdain and are so confident in their convictions, like religious zealots and just as dangerous. I totally see them getting onboard with doctors, scientists, healthcare workers, and researchers being targeted to be killed. I always knew America would not handle a pandemic well, I just had wrongfully assumed Covid would no longer be a problem five and a half years later. And now we are walking toward a whole slew of other viruses emerging breaking containment. Not only because of the 'I dug up my ex wife that I psychologically tortured for years' Kennedy, but because this country is chronically sick in individualism, cruelty, anti-education, anti-intellect, and anti-empathy. 

And a culture of:

*maybe I should have more sympathy for such a scammed and scared populace that make up anti vaxxer land, because healthcare is a Kafkian labyrinth in this country. And even with great healthcare it is a possible nightmare, that can be yanked out from under you at any time. What makes the best case for vaccines that it isn't a conspiracy? The wealthy and powerful want to live as long as possible and that only works with healthcare and medical advances. Medicine needs to be available enough to the rest of us peasants as well. But I know this rationale doesn't feel good to this crowd so good luck seriously, we are all going to need it and too many aren't going to be that lucky.

 

Will the left finally take Covid seriously as the greatest health crisis and health challenge of our time*? I don't believe so, but I'll never understand why. Covid conscious people on twitter can be inexcusable in toxicity and drama, but they are people who feel and have been cast out of society due to illness and disability, due to Covid itself many instances. Why not think of how and why they are that way, instead of using it as an excuse to not deal with what is in front of us all. I see all these people (and bots) online denying Covid loudly, angrily, melting down, and lol emojis about vaccines and masks. Yet people I talk to in real life seem to at least get it. Not that that's moved the needle. Did the anti vaxxers make some of the left so timid and neglectful of Covid or are they just like all humans in denial of the challenging things we face in the world, much out of our control. In one way I don't want to hear about Medicare 4 All without the acknowledgement of Covid but that would admit to mistakes and ignorance, and how many people are up for humility?

So the brain worm public health menace is trying to do what I feared and believed would come to pass, by taking away the Covid vaccine. This isn't solely on him though tbh. Fuck you and fuck your 'Covid isn't ACTUALLY real 😂 but it was a bio weapon meant to destroy us actually 😡 the vaccines are causing Long Covid checkmate lib 😎 but TRUMP created the vaccine and you better show him respect 😤... that's why it's time to hunt Fauci 👹'

They are collapsing the government. Seriously you need to know this. Our country is being broken and smashed apart to sell the parts to the highest bidder. People will say this is hyperbole but they are wrong. They will say the Democrats have a plan but they are wrong. The Democrats want people to feel the pain so the voters who betrayed them come running back even though the Democrats will have a thousand excuses why they can't put it back together again. S.K was too conspiratorial for me at times and I don't agree with the same conclusion yet she has been scarily prophetic. I see some people saying this was the fault of Clinton's neoliberal steamrolling agenda and austerity in the 90s yet this is inadequate. This is not about order this is full blown chaos and for the American public to let themselves be prepared to be rolled right over. 

I have my own conspiracy that the elite saw how fearful, disorganized and eager the general public was to comply with 'get back to work peasants' orders during Covid. The "owners" witnessed the "peasants" rush to get back to restaurants, football games, dancing in the streets, Disney World, and a concert where people were suffocated to death while onlookers swayed as the ambulance pushed through. Did you think some of us wouldn't notice the desensitization taking place? The elites high fived each other in relief during the early phases of Covid (they still do) 'Wow that was close! They were so close to getting it! No pushback? Fuck yeah!' Now you did have the Floyd protests that took people by surprise but once that influenced Harris getting nominated for VP the people who thought the Dems maybe would take police brutality & the brutality of this system seriously shuffled confidentially back into place. 

The elites have realized they can push things to annihilation it's time to get it over with already because climate catastrophe will change it all and they want to go out on a high note. Some of those on a lower tier complying, which is how it goes for plans to go forward, are eager yet nervous to go along with all of this because they are not certain the true elite will let them into the bunkers or let them bargain to be servants inside the caged sealants if they don't. 

One of the greatest and most devastating health crisis's of our time is soon to be confirmed. Hell is not hot enough for the people who has let this proceed confirming with 'skepticism'. Trump and Biden did enough damage with Covid malpractice of 'oopsie this is hard to deal with, let's hope it goes away!' 

The actual Covid conspiracy 'get back to work peasants!' Glad the left didn't waste any time or energy and made sure to message and hammer this unpleasant but honest reality into people's heads...oh....oh well, great job...

Something that is misguided from very well meaning liberal/progressive/left/pro choice people who comment that it's men who are wanting rules & laws to force women & girls into giving birth, is that some of the most active & hardcore voices in the forced birth movement are & have been women

Also to note while people who aren't women can go through pregnancy, the forced birth movement is not interested in ALL people giving birth. Over time this will become more apparent as they attempt to police, surveillance & restrict the "undesirables" from reproducing.

Already happens to disabled people but will be broadened as the blanket terminology of who the "undesirables" & "unfit" are that we need to get a handle on & control spreads in mainstream discourse. Attempts will be made to make this language & goal acceptable & palpable to the public. 

What will be the response when in the past few years in this Covid world so many have been thrown away & cast out to the wolves at the mercy of government neglect, business exploitation, & other's personal comfort? I'm unfortunately skeptical because of the left's mass failure to confront this.

If reproductive care & abortion rights which is self determination & liberation of the self & from systems to weigh down & exploit are seen as a side issues or 'it's matter of fact but don't need to write articles about it in our leftist publications, leave that to the annoying liberal platforms'Then what are we even doing? Also if wearing a mask is so difficult or seen as a side issue, what will possibly be this mass radical arrangement of coming together look like in real practice not just our wildest dreams & hopeful imaginations?

Jesus when I said take the wheel I didn't mean for you to steer it off an unknown cliff. It's not even been a week. Covid is a very hungry virus indeed. But don't worry this is part of the normal summer waves to a pandemic that was declared over repeatedly. Don't worry you don't remember because people can't remember much these days. We have shut a door on this issue because the capitalist class says the peasants don't care if we shove them back into normal routines even if that will and has caused mass damage. The elites always bet on the malaise and disinterest of the public because it's a winning horse.

 The Covid conspiracy is get back to work peasants, the money machine must be fed. 

By the way this is also the climate change plan too. Here's some crumbs. Too little too late, survival is up to "you." And the ruling class will continue to hoard until they will have to move to some sort of futuristic ravaged nature like feudal system. The workers and the poor will not overthrow capitalism in some imaginary fantasy, climate change will. The ruling powers have no willpower or plan to avert and most of the average person has neither plans to strategically overcome this and will put their head down in learned helplessness and just be like I have to survive how can I change the powers that be isn't that just the hands of fate? And would history really prove them wrong?
