The turns of political fates. My prayers for the past year have finally been answered. People all over the spectrum are jolted and last I checked 60 million dollars in small grassroots donations. They listened and saw and finally woke up and course corrected. However that will turn out ultimately we fought but it's the first time in months I have felt some hope here politically besides special elections focus on abortion. Gaza changed the head winds for me. I can sleep without dread for the first time in weeks. By the way to those on the right happy for the Handmaid's journey you like to force us into, the concentration camps, and queer people death penalized get some new material from your bland and stupid Let's Go Brandon branding and merchandise.  

I am unburdened and relieved. 

Jesus when I said take the wheel I didn't mean for you to steer it off an unknown cliff. It's not even been a week. Covid is a very hungry virus indeed. But don't worry this is part of the normal summer waves to a pandemic that was declared over repeatedly. Don't worry you don't remember because people can't remember much these days. We have shut a door on this issue because the capitalist class says the peasants don't care if we shove them back into normal routines even if that will and has caused mass damage. The elites always bet on the malaise and disinterest of the public because it's a winning horse.

It's strange to watch a moment that would be so easy to win, to politically crush and label what the other side is offering and correctly mark their visions as abhorrent, dishonest, vile, evil. All those are good and correct words. It literally is a path to violence as there have been at least two high profile examples that will not be left as footnotes in the history books on American political history in this time period of 2021-2024. Where we don't have to continue being warped and pulled into the vortex of violence that surrounds Trump. Yet the Democrats at the ancient behest of their insulated circles have no idea what to do because they can't diverge from the script. 

This idea of tone it down because the Stephen King clown almost was assassinated when him, some of his supporters, and the henchmen in the GOP have called for and have caused targeted political violence for years is insane. Somehow the real problem is the Democrats and the left pointing out the violence and talk of it. It’s simply not nice to explain or confront that the right wing media and the GOP politicians have endlessly been posting on their social media accounts for years promoting outright violence. Calling for the destruction and execution of Democrats, liberals, leftists and any causes, beliefs or ideas tied to them. But sure we are the real problem and the divisive ones.

I will call it like I see it and refuse to cower in silence when violence is being enacted by abortion bans, attacks and criminalization of queer and trans people especially kids. Fuck you that we have to tone it down. I'm not submitting to a landscape of Project 2025 being taken on a national tour because it's already being carried through on state levels. 

This young man who carried out the attempted assassination of Trump was a conservative and it makes me think of how responsible the GOP is for him. In that I mean through all the distortions, disregard, and accelerationist and doom rhetoric and visions why wouldn’t this young man find this an outlet to some final conclusion of life and existence.

Jesus Christ. Jesus, take the wheel and shuffle us off this mortal coil already.

We can't even get a week celebrating France?

It's so crazy out here I can barely concentrate despite watching this all play out. Maybe we are fucked. I'm watching people navigate and there is so much denialism and accusations of sabotage, the recent one by none other than George Clooney who somehow wants Biden and all the Democrats to lose even though he hosted a fundraiser for Biden raising millions of dollars. Even though had made an angry call when the administration threatened the ICJ because his wife was part of the ruling that Israel is committing war crimes, and he's probably had to bite his tongue for months supporting him because of the grandeur stakes of Trump and all the theocratic fascist lined up. 

People I've been communicating with or haven't returned back in touch seem to not get what is happening and there needs to be boldness and bravery just what the French did in unconventional times they said fuck no and did what seemed inconceivable. They fought betting that the majority do not want fascism. They swung for the fences. They have a history though and actual left political bodies in their government. The will the fucking will power only in a matter of weeks! If it all gets swept away here I don't see how the Democratic Party survives not just merely being purged but the voters wanting to vote and believe in them. If this is the best they can do, who gets excited for that? Maybe something can be turned watching some party figures choice of words and public calls for the man to already end his dying campaign, because we are all dying here, we want a fight to not make that final in November.

Wow France 👀 

It's been a shock for the past twelve hours watching it all streaming in live and watching the reactions of people celebrating, jumping, hugging, crying in joy. My own excitement. The jokes and celebrations on twitter are infectious of this moment and I feel grateful to watch even from afar. No matter how Musk has dismantled the platform he can't truly destroy what makes it. You can't kill spirit. When the past week has been bleak here politically it's great to witness the French were like not so fast nazis. One young mustached man in a sea crowd of people outside waiting and then cheering as the election results came in began crying in joy and it was the greatest thing to witness someone feel not all hope is lost.

How are we going to get people to believe in us when they aren't being honest with themselves or to us? Every fucking down ballot is on the line. You made it to the presidency you don't get to have that underdog story anymore. You don't get to cosplay Dark Brandon to the public anymore. 

Whatever the obvious issues this family has of all their political power highs, trauma, obfuscation of ‘everything’s actually fine’ don’t take it out on us. All of you step aside and get out and workshop it in family therapy in Delaware. The first lady doesn’t need to be approached as if she is a fragile China doll closed in by bubble wrap underneath her thousand dollar wardrobe. They make everyone look compromised. What an awful legacy to leave by staying in.

Abortion and reproductive freedom is working class consciousness. Literally economics, personal freedom and self determination. How has the left missed this? Reproductive issues are the most kitchen table issue of working class persons & their families life! Pass it on please. Buckle up to change the narrative before the Handmaid's Tale is implemented.

I can't believe so much could be lost in this country and the world (and the winning coalition issue of our time) because his family members and close knit advisors have no skills to help anyone but make themselves feel better and buffer their own self preservation and egos in American history. Staying in as if they are not through writing some great comeback story. Lost in a tunnel vision of fantasy and faux heroism. And the complete gaslighting by so many of the political class and press, mainstream and small is well I did not not expect that but watching it live is a sight for sore eyes to behold and cry out loud for if I had any energy for that because I don't. Not going to waste my energy getting in panic attack mode even though I have to rethink some things now I was planning.
