- Ms Rachel -

Ms. Rachel is literally a guardian angel and all you zionist pearl clutchers uncomfortable with her advocating can fuck off. As you would never be as selfless or brave beyond your own boundaries. You are bound by your own mental and spiritual borders, just as limiting as the land you claim will save and free you, all that at the expense of other people. Not that you see those people as people. You are troubled of the limitations of your own humanity and others can see that in a way that was not possible before. That's why you deflect, lash out, and threaten when people support Palestinians. You zionist pearl clutchers, genocide apologists and enthusiasts, know nothing of love, compassion, and humanity toward your fellow man. You have no moral high ground. We see through it all. Cry and temper tantrum into the wind but the average citizen of this world no longer cares of this rouse. Your commitment to this genocide means no one has to take you seriously again when you speak about kindness or human rights. You're bankrupt. You gave up. You rescinded. But the rest of us didn't. Children are being killed and starved, that matters more than the distorted fairytales you call history that are worthy of no respect nor to be wasted on honest ears and hearts.

“The laugh out loud crowd don’t want to know anything new, just want life to be a big comedy reality TV show.”

- comment from a man named Bob Snyder on Facebook under a story NPR did “How is Sex Determined? Scientists say it’s complicated.” From March 12, 2025.

Excellent observation, worthy of Carlin. Facebook comments are infested with laughing emojis even for the most serious of subject matters. It's bleak out there and it continues to get worse and worse.

“Children you are about to be told one more time that you are America's most valuable natural resource. Have you seen what they do to valuable natural resources? Have you seen a strip mine? Have you seen a clear cut in the forest? Have you seen a polluted river? Don't ever let them call you a valuable natural resource! They're going to strip mine your soul. They're going to clear cut your best thoughts for the sake of profit unless you learn to resist, because the profit system follows the path of least resistance and following the path of least resistance is what makes the river crooked!“

"theory's cool, but theory with no practice ain't shit." -Fred Hampton

I feel trapped in an existential and material battle as an artist in this time period. An era in the culture that wants to take artists down swiftly and expect them to put up no resistance or there will be bloodshed of these artists' livelihoods, dreams, hopes, prospects. You know what keeps artists going. The narrative getting shoved and pounded is that artists are inconvenient. As if artists never really meant anything and never have, the machines will take care of that now. Get back to work peasants, climate change debris ain't going to clean itself up.

Those possibilities presented over ten years ago of the digital landscape are being stomped out I cannot believe how much I let myself miss. Yet once the ruling tech vultures and capitalists saw people were enjoying too much art, interesting thoughts, and connections, they couldn't let that continue. You can't connect ideas, art, and helpful back and forth supporting others out and informing them of ways to make the world better! They have money to make and they demand loyalty to all your time and attention working to make them more money asap. I think a very difficult thing in this moment is while artists have the strength of imagination to intellectually go Battle Royale against this disaster, I don't believe many have the actual willpower to fight fight.

The internet and social media needed to be monetized to death and made unusable and make everyone who inhabits these terrains feel bad and hopeless. There are a couple social media accounts I have that I am able to curate that escape this plight for now. I worry that the right will scorch and whittle away those sections of Instagram they have not infiltrated. The AIDS Memorial page still up is pretty amazing that is allowed with how things are being pushed. It's also more independent, alternative accounts. Like an internet version of those eclectic old thrift, vintage, book, odd and oddity shops that got pushed and gutted for gentrification. Also independent artists and creative people doing their talented thing, cutting past all the doomerism so they can make, live, share and connect. Generative AI is a house of cards but that will take awhile. Tech freaks aren't going to write themselves out of existence and funding.

There was a very good tweet awhile back of mentioning how convenient the machines can get the luxury of writing poetry.

Well I mean, they have nothing in terms of an argument or a coherent worldview or a useful praxis but what they do have is they are speaking on behalf of a hegemonic liberalism that's going to get us all fucking killed. I agree, don't talk to them, but because they're a distraction from the real fucking problem, which is that fascism arises from the collapse of institutional legitimacy of liberal institutions.

That's how we got fucking Trump, that's how we get what's coming next after him that's gonna be even worse. Because if you think there's not gonna be more ecological and economic catastrophes in the future that liberalism is wholly unequipped to deal with, and that that failure isn't gonna lead to fascism filling that fucking hole, then you've got another thing coming.

And that's what these guys are, these guys that marched in Charlottesville, these are the people who are aware of the unspoken premise of this sort of zombie neoliberalism that we're living in, which is that we're coming to a point where there's gonna be ecological catastrophe, and that it's gonna require either massive redistribution of the ill-gotten gains of the first world, or genocide.

And these are the first people who have basically said, "Well if that's the choice, then I choose genocide", and they're getting everyone else ready, intellectually and emotionally, for why that's gonna be okay when it happens, why they're not really people. When we're putting all this money into more fucking walls and drones and bombs and guns to keep them away, so that we can watch them die with clear consciences, it's because we've been loaded with the ideology that these guys are now starting to express publicly.

On the other side of them, we have people who are saying in full fucking voice, "No, we have the resources to save everybody, to give everybody a decent and worthwhile existence, and that is what we want." And that is the fucking real difference between these two, and you can tell that to the next asshole who tells you that they're actually two sides of the same coin.

Matt Christman from Chapo on post Charlottesville episode, 8.17.2017, that I think of always all this time later. The fears from past that became the vision of the future.

We are At War now, according to President Bush, and I take him at his word. He also says this War might last for "a very long time."

Generals and military scholars will tell you that eight or 10 years is actually not such a long time in the span of human history -- which is no doubt true -- but history also tells us that 10 years of martial law and a war-time economy are going to feel like a Lifetime to people who are in their twenties today. The poor bastards of what will forever be known as Generation Z are doomed to be the first generation of Americans who will grow up with a lower standard of living than their parents enjoyed.

That is extremely heavy news, and it will take a while for it to sink in. The 22 babies born in New York City while the World Trade Center burned will never know what they missed. The last half of the 20th century will seem like a wild party for rich kids, compared to what's coming now. The party's over, folks.
